Operator and agreement
This website is operated by GRAEL EYEWEAR STORE, a British Columbia sole proprietorship, registration FM1118401, owned by Baraa Jayousi. By using the site or submitting a waitlist request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.
Waitlist only — no sale
GRAEL is not currently accepting orders through this site. A waitlist request records interest in a possible frame and permits the product-availability contact you requested. It does not create an order, reserve inventory, guarantee a launch date or price, require a deposit, or obligate either you or GRAEL to complete a purchase.
A first release, if there is one, is planned for British Columbia. You can join from elsewhere in Canada, but we can't promise a frame will be offered where you live.
Product concepts, colours, specifications, availability, images, and indicative prices may change or be withdrawn before launch. A future purchase will be governed by the sale, shipping, return, warranty, prescription, and payment terms shown at that time.
Email choices
Joining requests an email if the selected product becomes available. General promotional email is a separate optional choice, off by default. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by contacting us.
Founding-member code
A founding-member code is a thank-you for completing the GRAEL survey. It is not a sale and it does not reserve a frame.
What it is. $20 off one order of $100 or more, in Canadian dollars. The $20 comes off the frames in your order. It does not come off shipping.
Who can have one. One code per person, for an email address confirmed on the GRAEL waitlist, in Canada.
When you can use it. GRAEL is not selling yet. Your code works on your first order once GRAEL opens with frames for sale, and it lasts 90 days from that day. We will give the exact date in the launch email. If GRAEL has not opened within 12 months of the day your code was issued, the code expires.
If GRAEL never opens. Then the code is never usable. It has no cash value, it cannot be exchanged for anything, and nothing further is owed to you.
One offer at a time. A code cannot be combined with another offer or code.
Prices. Prices shown on the site today are indicative. The $20 comes off the real price of your order at the time you place it.
If you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from GRAEL emails also deletes your survey answers and stops your code working. Tell us at [email protected] if you want to unsubscribe but keep your code.
Changes. If the offer changes or ends before GRAEL opens, the change is published on this page with the date it applies from. Codes already issued keep the terms that were on this page when they were issued.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit another person's address without authority, automate abusive requests, or use content in a way that infringes another person's rights. We may block abusive traffic or suppress fraudulent entries.
Brands, content, and product information
Manufacturer brand names and marks remain the property of their owners and are retained to identify the manufacturer of a frame. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, or exclusive distribution unless we expressly say so. GRAEL's site design, copy, and original brand assets may not be reproduced without permission.
We aim to keep catalogue information accurate and correct material errors when found. If you believe an image, mark, or description is unauthorized or inaccurate, contact us with the affected page.
Availability and site operation
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the pre-launch site, a frame concept, or the waitlist. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing on this site is medical, optometric, or legal advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GRAEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this free pre-launch site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer or privacy law does not allow us to exclude.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle waitlist, security, analytics, and advertising data and forms part of these terms.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable laws of Canada. We may update them for future changes to the launch; the posted date identifies the current version.
